  • Appointment times are approximate and may be affected by weather, equipment issues, or prior jobs.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate property and contact information.

 

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the service area

  • Remove or secure personal property near work areas

  • Notify us of known hazards (loose surfaces, electrical issues, fragile materials, etc.)

  • Ensure utilities (water, power) are available when required

All Washed Up, Inc. is not responsible for delays or damage caused by undisclosed conditions or failure to meet these responsibilities.

 

4. Payments & Billing

  • Payment terms are provided at the time of service or estimate.

  • Payment may be required in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may be subject to fees or service suspension.

Failure to remit payment may result in collection actions or legal remedies.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We request at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

  • Weather-related delays may require rescheduling for safety and quality reasons.
